They are ready for a formal 9 Maple Street map 30 lot 100: Bruce Creager presented plans for exterior architectural change (gutters, fascia, soffit, frieze board, gable rake). Mr. Creager will look into some of the options to obtain natural products suggested by the commission. 1628-1632 Massachusetts Avenue map 48 lot 21:Erik Hammar, representing Albert Frizzell, presented plans for exterior architectural change (Roofing Repair). They are ready for a formal hearing. 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Minutes of June 4, 2009 OTHER BUSINESS The Commission went over the agreement and set of responsibilities that both the Historic District Commission and The Historical Commission must sign in order to complete the application for Certified Local Government status. Chairman Joseph Welch signed the agreement.
