Commissioners present: Chairman Joseph Welch, Lynn Hopkins, Alfonso Hernandez,
and Paul Ross

Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted by roll call vote 5-0 to go into executive
session for the purpose of discussing upcoming civil case and agreed not to reopen the meeting
to the public.
