Absent Commissioners: Daniel J. Griffin Jr., and Associate Commissioner Marilyn Fenollosa

Susan Yanofsky requested that the hearing be
postponed until September 2008

Ricci received approval for exterior architectural change. (removal of greenhouse, window &

OTHER BUSINESS
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted by roll call vote 5-0 to go into executive
session for the purpose of discussing the legal issues surrounding 35 Hancock Street, with the
intent to return to open session
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to approve the minutes of July 10, 2008
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to adjourn the meeting at 8:45pm
