PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS 9 Independence Avenue map 22 lot 106- Charles Cassell, received approval for exterior architectural change (roof). Certificate No. 2008C-16 Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joseph Welch, Lynn Hopkins, Daniel Griffin Jr., and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg and Marilyn Fenollosa. 488 Massachusetts Avenue map14 lot 3- Scott Wilkas, received approval for exterior architectural change (shed). Certificate No. 2008C-18 Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joseph Welch, Lynn Hopkins, Alfonso Hernandez, and Daniel Griffin Jr., and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg. 1751 Massachusetts Avenue map 48 lot 99Damon Irby, Representing, Three Forty Four was - continued until June 2008 for signage 870 Massachusetts Avenue map 22 lot 75 – Scott Herlihy, received approval for exterior architectural changes (patio, flag stone walk, field stone wall, Storm doors).
