Announcements John Ruffing has resigned, Jim Goell has been appointed to take his place
Mary Ellen Allesandro has resigned.
Member Reports on Activity since last meeting Laura reported on her meeting and tour of the
Senior Center with Charlotte Rodgers A discussion ensued on space issues as they relate to
programmatic adequacy and needs for privacy for a multigenerational center concept.
Site Visit Assignments The following assignments have been made to begin the review of
options and best practices in other communities
Wellesley - Jane Trudeau
Weston -Laura Hussong and Jim Goell
Burlington - Sophia Ho
Hingham - Betty Borghesam
Cambridge - Lisah Rhodes
Tim Dugan will contact BJ Rudman from the School Stress Group to learn about their ongoing
relationship with Needham.
Florence Koplow will be asked to visit Barnstable
The question list continued to be worked on and refined. The new questions will be sent to
Charlotte Rodgers and Karen Simmons for the July 5 meeting. Two people will take notes
during interviews

The revised set of questions to be sent to Karen S and Charlotte R. are these
• What is missing from your current program/offerings'
• What is it you can do in a Community Center that you can't do now
• What collaboration opportunities would a Community Center adds
• What days, times of day are heavily utilized
• What are days/times would be utilized for your ideal program
• How can shared space be planned so it remains welcoming for all groups
The meeting adjourned at 9PM. The next meetings of the CCTF are scheduled for July 5th, 7 30
p m., and July 19t1i at 7 30pm, both in Room G-15 of Town Hall
