Suzie Barry called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.
The April 28, 2010 minutes were approved and accepted with changes.

Lexington 300 Anniversary
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 24 in Town Hall, Room 111.
Memorial Day 2010
The following will be participating guests at the morning ceremony –
Matt Murphy, Lexington Policeman, chief marshal
State Senator Kenneth Donnelly, speaker
Chaplain (Major) Lance Hoggatt, Hascom Air Force Base, clergy
Suzie has received all approvals for the parade.
The C & W bus has been ordered.
DPW matters are arranged, including setting up of the sound system by the gazebo at
Munroe Cemetery.
The participating veterans will need transportation.
New business
Suzie talked with Dave Pinnseannalt about the area around the LMM monument.
Apparently, maintaining (mowing) grass inside the fence is problematic. The ground is
currently covered with mulch. Maybe a ground cover would be a better option.
Meeting adjourned at 8:20 pm.
The first meeting of next season will probably be September 8, 2010.
