Ben Soule is joining the Committee as a member and awaiting appointment by the Board
of Selectmen.
1 Corporation Documents—Attorney Alan Wrigley continues to prepare
documents

a. Lexington Pops Chorus—Commissioning a composition and plans
concerts for Jan. 18 & 19, 2013 - to be the 30th anniversary of the Chorus
The Pops Chorus us committed to raising necessary funds for planned
events
b Next Steps—where are the gaps for community/organization participation
3 Logo Competition—
a. Dick Kollen has issued press release to Lexington Minuteman newspaper
and will forward for web posting.
b Competition to be overseen by Sean Hagan, K-12 Coordinator, Fine Arts
Department, Lexington Public Schools
Ben Soule indicated he will check with the parishioners of the First Parish Church on
possible interest in revival of the 1963 performance of'They Nobly Dared'
c Organizational Structure/Subcommittees/Working Groups

a. Time Capsule & Permanent Memorial —Doug Lucente, Stanley Abkowitz
