Meeting of the Board of Registrars

Present:
Luanna Devenis [R]; Jean Barrett [R]; Sarah Warren [D],
Donna Hooper, Town Clerk [U], Dianne Snell, Assistant Town Clerk.
Chairman Luanna Devenis called the meeting to order.
Registrars Jean Barrett, Luanna Devenis & Sarah Warren, along with Town Clerk Donna Hooper
and Assistant Town Clerk Dianne Snell, counted out of country ballots and provisional ballots
deemed eligible from the January 19, 2010 Special State Election held for the office of U.S.
Senator in Congress.
Out of country ballots postmarked on or before January 19, 2010 and received on or before 5:00
p.m. on January 29, 2010 reviewed for eligibility to be counted.
Totals Include 10 day
tally for Overseas Ballots
