AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTS AND PROCEEDINGS AT THE ADJOURNED SESSION
HELD ON MARCH TWENTY-EIGHTH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE, OF THE
ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON HELD IN THE YEAR NINE*
TEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE.

Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :
SECTION 1. The acts and proceedings of the town of Lexington at the
adjourned session of the annual town meeting held in the year nineteen
hundred and fifty-five, which adjourned session was held on March
twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and fifty-five, and all acts done in
pursuance thereof, are hereby confirmed and made valid, notwith-
standing the failure to give notice of the adjournment as required
by law or the by-laws of said town, to the same extent as if the
said adjourned session had been called, held, conducted and adjourned
in strict compliance with the law. SECTION 2. This act shall take
effect upon its passage.
