Above ground systems appear marginal in their effectiveness. Planting-We have backhoes and a 19 inch auger, why are they not used? Other thoughts-Limit GRAFTED stock, review WHERE to plant, review WHEN to plant, Focus on NATIVE tree selection How can the DPW and Tree Committee /Volunteers work together for a better result?
