Re: 300 Patriot Way - Patriot Partners / Shire
Amend Special Permit with Site Plan for Building 300 expansion
At its regular meeting on October 6, 2010 the DAC reviewed the proposed expansion and affiliated site
development for 300 Patriot Way by Patriot Partners / Shire and had the following comments.
1. The DAC generally approved of the proposed building expansion and affiliated site
development for 300 Patriot Way and found it compatible with the surrounding structures and
site conditions.
The Design Advisory Committee recommends approval of this project. The DAC appreciates the
applicant’s thoroughness and responsiveness during the development of each phase of this properties
development. As future phases get started, the applicant is strongly encouraged to continue to work
with the DAC to develop a design that is sensitive to the surrounding neighborhood and Lexington.
