Attending: Susan Rockwell, Richard Kollen, Donna Hooper, Cindy Savage
Called to order by Sue Rockwell, Chairperson, the 211a meeting of the Lexington 300th
Anniversary Celebration Committee was held at 10 00 a..m., Friday, October 2, 2009 at
the Ellen Stone Room, Cary Memorial Building, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue
The Committee discussed opportunities for the 300th celebration and outlined plans for
presenting thoughts to the Town Celebrations Committee and gathered participants in
the annual celebration of Patriot's Day, scheduled for Wednesday, October 7th
Sue Rockwell will prepare presentation and information discussed at the Committee's
first meeting will be organized for distribution at the October 7th meeting.
