MEETING OF MARCH 29, 2004
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room 227, Clarke Middle School, was called to
order at 7: 15 p.m. by Chairman Harden with members Davies, Galaitsis, Kastorf, Manz and planning
staff Garber, McCall Taylor, and Tap present.

Article 6 Open Space : The Board discussed Article 6, Open Space, and realizing that real differences of
opinion on what should constitute usable open space were unresolved, it was decided to ask to postpone
the article.
Mr. Harden went to ask the Moderator about the possibility of postponing it to a later date. Upon his
return he reported that it could be considered on April 12, or after the session on Article 13, the Met State
Hospital rezoning petition.
Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to postpone Article 6 until the Town Meeting
session of April 12, 2004.
