In pursuance of the foregoing Warr: it the legal voters of the
To • of Lexington met in their respective voting places in said
Town of Lexington on Tuesday, Sept;.(*ber 15, 1970 at 7:00 in the
forenoon.
The following places were designated as the voting places for
the various precincts: Precinct One, Harrington School; Precinct
Two, Ad .s School; Precinct Three, Cary Mw.J. .rial Hall; Precinct
Four, High SchoolBuilding; Precinct Five, Central Fire Station;

Precinct Six, M= s Hastings School.
The following election officers having been duly appointed

PARTIAL :, LOT
A special polling place was set up in the corridor of Cary
M- orial Building for voters qualified to use a partial ballot -
voting for United States Congressmen, United States Senators - .d
State-Wide Offices only. These ballots were for residents of
Massachusetts that have lived in the State over six months but
under the required one year. Six people registered for these
ballots d one Republic- d-one Do' crat actually cast their
ballots. These two ballots have not be-:•: co , ted =. d have be
impounded per order of the United States District Court.
