Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee
November 12, 2008
Place and time: Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 7:30 PM
Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), John Bartenstein (Vice-Chair), Susan McLeish
(Secretary), Deborah Brown, Pam Hoffman, Glenn Parker, Rob Addelson (ex officio,
non-voting)
This meeting was held in conjunction with the Board of Selectmen, School Committee,
and Capital Expenditures Committee, and was called to order at 7:30 PM.
The agenda items were:
1.FY2010 Revenue Projections
Overview
Presentation by Revenue Source
Policy Issues
2.FY2009 Options for Contingent Budget Reductions
3.Follow-up Discussion: Munroe School Feasibility Study
4.Establish Date: Budget Collaboration-Summit 3
