Minutes for Meeting September 14, 2009

Present: Barbara Ciampa, Co-Chair; Louise Cady-Fernandes; Janet Post, Secretary; Sirarpi
Heghinian Walzser; Victoria Campos ; Jan Goplerud; Mary Trometer, Treasurer; Zoe Perry Wood,
Co- Chair; Jonathan Cue; George Burnell.
Absent: Jackie Hawkinson
Call to Order
Zoe Perry-Wood called the meeting to order at 7:16PM.
Secretary's Report
The minutes for the August ‘09 meeting were accepted.
Treasurer's Report
The treasurer’s report is forthcoming.
New Business:
Mary and Bill will not be renewing their council membership. Tonight Marilyn
Kolb and Liz Rozan visited the council and were voted in as new LCA
members. Marilyn will take over the treasurer’s position for Mary.
Visioning for LCA and further website discussion. Jan will make a call to the
Needham Arts Council to inquire about writing a grant for the funding of a
potential new LCA website.
Business for Next Meeting
Website & visioning.
Appointments of a sub-committee to review grant applications.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM. Barbara Ciampa will chair our next meeting on
October 5, 2009 at 7:00. Meeting place yet to be determined.
