MINUTES
ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chair, Betsey Weiss at 4:13 P.M.

Dave Pinsonnault presented the Old Reservoir Water Management Project.
The request is for $60,000.00, of which $5,000.00 is fence work. A site visit has been
scheduled for November 14, 2007, at 8:30 A.M., meeting in the Marrett Road
parking lot.
Steve Keane presented the request by the Lexington Housing Authority for new
windows at Vynebrooke Village. The cost is $158,686.00. The project is similar to
the Greeley Village window project from last year.
Donna Hooper, Town Clerk, presented the request for $35,000.00 to fund the Archive
Management Project.
The next meeting is scheduled for November 7, 2007, at 4:00 P.M. in the Selectman’s
Meeting Room.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
