Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee
October 1, 2009
Place and time: Selectmen's Meeting Room, 7:30 PM
Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), John Bartenstein (Vice Chair and Secretary),
Glenn Parker (Vice Chair), Richard Eurich, Mollie Garberg, Susan McLeish, Rob
Addelson (ex officio, non - voting)
The Committee joined the Board of Selectmen, the School Committee, and the Capital
Expenditures Committee for the first Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit for
FY2011 ( "Summit I ").
The agenda items were:
1. Financial Indicator Analysis (Carl Valente)
2. FY2011 Proposed Revenue Allocation (Rob Addelson)
3. Key Policy Issues Related to FY2011 Budget (Carl Valente, Paul Ash)
4. Special Town Meeting (November 9 and 16)
5. Establish Date: Summit Meeting 2 (November 24)
6. Other Business

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:00 PM.
