Minutes for December 14, 2005
Present: Marshall Derby, David Eagle, Donald Wilson, William Hays,
Gerald Howell, Martha Wood, and Patricia Nelson-Counsel to Board
The minutes were accepted as- read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
At the Rangeway house the students are working on the plumbing and electricity.
We expect. that Johnson Farm houses will be ready after the first of the year.
Bill suggested that a sub-committee be set up to review subsidies. Martha
and Gerry agreed to assist Bill.
Marshall met with Scott Schill, Senior Planner, about change in the zoning
law pertaining-to affordable housing.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 18, at 7:30 p.m.
