The subcommittee reported that a job description for our new mapager position is nearly
ready.

Ivlartha suggested that the 5~ position on dse LEEfA~ hoard go to the chairperson of the
2T.,exangton Food Par2try. This position is the one Le~AB is to fill. There was strong
support for 1Vlartha's suggestion.

ownership. The study was commissioned by the Partnership ~d ile~AB ,~ohatly. The
draft was approved for release.
