ready
LEHAC

Lexington Food Pantry This position is the one LexHAB is to fill. There was strong
support for Martha's suggestion.
PARTNERSHIP
Bill distributed copies of the Partnership's proposed report on affordable home
ownership. The study was commissioned by the Partnership and LexHAB jointly The
draft was approved for release.
KATABDIN WOODS
Copies of the letter from Special Counsel were handed out; it indicates that the Town has
an option of some kind sufficient for us to have a foot in the door when the project
becomes a condominium. Pat noted that there may be a 50 year statute of limitations
applicable to the restriction that creates the option.
OLDESMITH FARM
Bill outlined Dianne Tocci's difficulties With the Board of Assessors. We will continue
to work toward a solution as it now is clear that LexHAB signed the agreement imposing
the Maximum Resale Price.
OFFICE LOCATION
Dave reported that Linda Vine on behalf of the Town has inquired whether LexHAB
would like to move its offices into the Town Hall (or other public building). Discussion
followed. It was the consensus because of the confidentiality needs of our applicants anc
tenants(which could not be met were we to be located in a public facility),we should
decline. Dave agreed to call Linda and notify her of our decision.
