Minutes for May 11,2005
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, Gerald Howell, Martha Wood,
William Hays, and Norman Cohen
the minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
Rangeway-The students will be working on the house until the middle of June.
The road will probably be paved this summer.
Franklin School--The walkthru in April showed the outside was in need of repair.
The Selectmen are not interested in buying it, and ask that no further
debt be allowed.
North Street land was put into conservation by the Town Meeting.
Don reported that the Condo Board was reelected. They are going to meter
water in each building. They may have to do an assedment to cover the
defecit.
Johnson Farm has not pouredthe foundation for our house.
There .are two possible building sites, Grandview and Niddleby Street.
Bill discussed the need to revise our subsidy. A Subsidy Review Committee
was appointed—Bill, Gerry and Marth.
Marshall will explore the Public Trust Fund for housing.
