PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF FEBRUARY 24, 2006
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-1, Town Office Building, was called to
order at 9:15 a.m. by Chairman Manz with members Hornig and Canale present.
************************ ARTICLES FOR 2006 TOWN MEETING ************************
Article 7, Proposed Inclusionary Housing Amendment, Further Review Wording of Motion: The Board
members continued editing of the inclusionary housing amendment for clarity and ease of interpretation.
The majority of changes being proposed had to do with the order of items within the bylaw rather than
substantive changes. Mr. Hornig and Ms. Manz agreed to incorporate the changes into a draft that would
be sent to the Board for consideration at their next meeting.
On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 a.m.
