PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF FEBRUARY 21, 2006
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-1, Town Office Building, was called to
order at 8:40 a.m. by Chairman Manz with members Hornig, Canale, and Planning Director McCall-
Taylor, present.
************************ ARTICLES FOR 2006 TOWN MEETING ************************
Article 7, Proposed Inclusionary Housing Amendment, Review Wording of Motion: The Board members
went through the proposed inclusionary housing amendment line by line. The intent was to make edits
that would make the document flow better and be more readily understandable. At the end of the session
on a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to authorize further revisions to be made by Ms. Manz
and Mr. Hornig and brought back to the Board as whole for discussion. The Board members agreed that
the time was running out for further changes and they would try to finalize the bylaw at the next meeting
to be held Friday, February 24.
On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 a.m.
