MINUTES
The meeting began at 7:11pm
Roll Call & Reading of Statement on Use of Virtual Meetings
Attending: Cristina Burwell, Lester Savage, Anne Grady, Melinda Nasardinov, Mark
Manasas, Paul Smyke, Carolyn Goldstein, Jeff Howry (Chair)
Absent: Jill Hai (Select Board Liaison), Devan Marks, Meg Muckenhoupt
(Appropriations Committee Liaison), Claire Feingold Thoryn (Cary Library Trustees
Liaison)
Recording Secretary: Cristina Burwell
Community Observers: Stephanie Hsu, Joyce Murphy
Committee members reviewed logistics for the upcoming forum - such as slides, transitions,
and timekeeping.
Carolyn & Paul volunteered to review emails that came in to look for common themes and
patterns of responses. Cristina volunteered to compile forum comments into a document.
It was discussed that the next committee meeting would be to review what was heard at the
first forum, and to review what tasks are needed to occur between the first and second
forums.
Adjournment - Anne made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Mark and approved
unanimously. The meeting ended at 8:50pm
