MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Richard F. Perry at 8:00 A.M.

2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
A. Federal Capital Window Project Change Order #1 in the amount of $36,731.00
Dick and the architect, Ray Falke, met for a site visit. The current widows are aluminum
clad, not metal. The problem is the frame is steel and the side jams will not allow for a
replacement window to be installed. Dick explained to the Board that the mockup
window was well done and he recommends moving ahead with the project. The timeline
will be moved up by approximately 6 weeks as the contractor will order the new
windows today.
Upon a motion by Weidong Wang and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board
voted to approve the L& H Construction Change Order #1 in the amount of $36,731.00.
for the Federal Capital Window replacement project. The roll call vote was as follows:
