Horton, Jeanne Krieger, David Langseth, Joe Pato, Bob Pressman, Lisah Rhodes, Melinda
Walker.
Administrative Assistant: Gina Federico
Other Attendees: David Kanter; Vice-Chair, Capital Expenditures Committee; Carolyn Kosnoff;
Assistant Town Manager for Finance.
Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM.
Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2020 Needs Assessment
Report, copies of which had been made available on-line.
Mr. Pressman suggested additional advertising outlets for the 2021 Needs Assessment Report.
There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comments, the public hearing was
subsequently closed. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion for the report to be accepted and
placed on the CPC website.The motion was made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote.
Other business-There being no further business of the Committee, a motion to adjourn was
duly made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. The public hearing was adjourned at
7:08 PM.
The following documents were submitted at the meeting:
1) CPA Needs Assessment Report dated December, 2020.
