1605 Massachusetts Avenue: Edward Pare, representing AT&T, exterior changes in the Battle
Green District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved
unanimously as proposed.

CONTINUED HEARINGS
Lexington Center Project: Kien Ho, Beta Group Inc., representing Town of Lexington, exterior
changes in the Historic Districts. Mr. Ho provided an updated plan set for the Lexington Center
Streetscape Project, for HDC consideration. Commissioners noted that the presented plan
remains in alignment with previous plans, and were satisfied with the new plan as proposed.

INFORMAL DISCUSSION
Lexington Police Station: Jeff McElravy, Tecton Architects, representing Town of Lexington,
exterior changes in the Battle Green District. Mr. McElravy presented initial plans for a new
Lexington Police Station. The architectural firm staff is currently working with Police and other
town committees to provide a final plan for review by the HDC.
