Chairman Johnson made a motion that the Board of Assessors go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 in order to deliberate
Fiscal Year 2020 Statutory Exemptions,, Real Estate Abatement Applications and Personal Property Abatements since deliberabon

The Board voted, 3-0 in favor to go into Executive Session at 920 a.m.

Upon motion d u ly made and seconded,the Boa rd of Assessors adjourned the Executive Session at 11,20 a,,m and retu rned to
Open Session of the Meeting.

The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of one denial and the approval of the remaining Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59, Sectton 59
Real Estate Applications, (See list in Execut,,�ve folder). There were no Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Section 59 Personal,,,Property
Abatement applications to discuss
The Board unanimously voted 2-0 in favor of approving Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59, Section 5 Various Clauses of Statutory
Exemption applications. (See list in Executive folder).
The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of two Fiscal Year 2019 Appellate Tax Board Final Settlement Proposals. (See list in
Executive folder).
The Board postponed discussion of the Meeting Minutes.
There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded at 11 am to adjourn the Meeting.
