Members Present: Keith Ohmart (chair), Mal Crawford, Alex Dohan, Peggy Enders,
Eileen Entin, Bob Hausslein, Susan Kenyon, Mike Tabaczynski, Don Grant
Other Attendees: Larry McCray, Mark Sandeen (Select Board Liaison), Francesca
Pfrommer (Recreation Liaison), Various Zoom Bombers
The meeting began at 4:05 pm. Keith read the formal remote meeting announcement.
Votes:
• Meeting minutes of October 15, 2020: Approved
Reports/Updates:
• Stocking brochure holders: agreed to keep a few in each holder during the colder
season. Defer moving holder at Hayden Woods/Waltham Street until location of
wayfinding sign is determined. Bob said that about 6500 brochures remain.
The meeting was halted at approximately 4:20 pm owing to a disruption by Zoom
"bombers." Members and other attendees left the meeting without a formal
adjournment.
