Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee's remote meeting to order at 7:04 P.M., with
all members reporting as present by a roll call, and this Committee joined the Summit.

Summit.)
Ms. Manz left the meeting at 9:02 P.M.
Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 9:14 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 4-0
(Note: Ms. Beebee's approval was made and subsequently confirmed, but not heard due to
an audio problem.)
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on September 17, 2020.
