MINUTES
The meetin was called to order b Chairman Rev. Dr. Peter H. Meek at 8: 10 A.Mt
at Car Hall, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue. Present were: Cath Abbott, Scott
Burson,, and Rev. Jed N. Sn Also present: Carol A. Mahone Director and
C Johnson, Assistant Director.

Carol Mahone is in the process of settin up a ribbon cuttin ceremon for the
librar temporar location at Car Hall. The Selectmen will be invited to attend.
H-4ver was asked to check the U* calendars for an Executive Committee Workin4v
Session to be held in March before Town Meetin
Librar Ovens at Car Hall
Car Librar opened at Car Hall on Januar 22, 2001 at 9:00 A.M
The East Lexin Branch hours have been expanded:
9-9 Monda — Thursda
9-5 Frida
Closed Satuda and Sunda
The librar staff was ver pleased with the movers, William B. Me Inc. A

The School Department held a luncheon for the librar staff on Januar 19, 2001.
Parking
The librar parkin permits that were used for the librar parkin lot are no lon
valid.
Construction Up date
The PBC has been meetin re to review the librar bid documents. The
final documents should be complete b the end of Februar and biddin will take
place in March.
A Clerk of the Works will be hired and should be *in April or Ma
