Rev. Sn moved to accept the minutes of the Executive Session minutes
of Februar 2 d , and the minutes of March 8,, 2000 as presented. Cath
Abbott seconded the motion and it was voted unanimousl

The bids are 'in for the renovations at Car Hall. Construction is due to
be on April 211, 2000 and ends the be of October.
Executive Committee Membe
A letter has been sent to Robi DiGiammarino,, Chairman of the School
Committee, re M* that a member of the School Committee be appointei-
to serve on the Executive Committee of the Trustees.
Book Shel
C Johnson recommended settin up a bookshelf to hold 15-20 books
that the patrons recommended the librar purchase at different times. The
books would be chan q uarterl y .
The next meetin of the Executive Committee will be on Wednesda Ma

from November 6-December 3.1. 2000. The main librar will reopen at Car
