EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

DECEMBER 21, 1999 — 7:30 A.M.
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 A.M. by Trustee chair, Peter Meek.
Present: Rev. Meek, Rev. Jed Snyder, Susan Elberger and Cathy Abbott. Also present:
Carol Mahoney, Library Director and Cynthia Johnson, Acting Assistant Director.
The only order of business was the interview with Cynthia Johnson for the position of
Assistant Director. Carol Mahoney met briefly with the trustees to review the history of
this position and the qualities sought in an assistant director. Carol then excused herself
from the interview session.
The trustees present interviewed Ms. Johnson. Her resume had been distributed prior to
this session. At the conclusion of the interview and following a brief discussion by the
trustees present, it was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY to offer the position of Assistant
Director to Ms. Johnson.
The meeting of the Executive Committee was adjourned at 8:00 A.M.
