Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, February 13-, 2019
Members Present: Debbie Hankins, Shannon DeGuglielmo, Kristina Hankins, Tom Romano,

1. Read and approved January minutes.
2. Debrief Cradles to Crayons: very productive, fiin, will be back next year! Everyone was
in agreement that we should again try to attend on Martin Luther King Day, lunch was
awesome!
3. Debrief Valentine Luncheon Tuesday February 13th: We had 14 members attend, they
had more people than who were at the Christmas Luncheon. They tried a new food
source, in which they ran out of food. The carnations were well accepted and as we left
they all clapped and thanked us.
4. St. Patrick's day Luncheon March 17th on day 1. The people who are interested are:
Katie, Regina, Becca, Madelyn, Marina, Ella, Avery, 011ie, Matthew, Izi, Sandy,
Marilyn, Elena, Ipek, Sophia, Serena, Shea, Summer, Neeka, Carolyn, Hobie, Anthony,
Annabel. More details will be discussed at the March 12th meeting. Same time 11:30
AM-1:00 PM, bus in the front of the school.
5. Lions Club EyeGlass Project or USPS Food Drive Flyers - Thursday, March 12th.
Meeting in Commons 2 at LHS from 6:00 pm.-8:00 pm. We will have pizza at 6:00 pm,
Mr. Lucente and Lion's Club members will be joining us as well.
6. Drive-in theater, committee will meet after February break and will call Tom to continue
planning the drive-in. Madelyn will coordinate with the committee and Tom.
7. Handed out T-shirts, if you did not get your tee shirt, Anthony has them and we will also
have them at the next week.
8. Tom's announcements - :The town will have "A Needs Assessment Meeting" to give
feedback to the town, i.e., what the town is lacking and can improve on, March 4- at 7
PM at Estabrook Hall in Cary Hall. Pass the word, anyone can attend and speak.
The Recreation Department is hiring high school students. Some of the jobs are
Aquatics, Camps, Tennis and Sports and Clinic Staff. Deadline for paid employee
applications is March 1s,. You can go to lexingtonuna.gov for more details.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 12- at 6:00-8:00 PM in Commons 2 at
Lexington High School
