Meeting Minutes for November 4, 2019
Attendees: Harriet Cohen,Jeri Foutter, Paul Linton,Wendy Manz, Bob Peters, Bob Pressman, Melanie

Absent: Mary Haskell, Rich McDonough, Melinda Walker
Guest: Mark Racicot, Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC)
The Housing Partnership Board ("the HPB") met in joint session with the Select Board.The HPB was
chaired by Ms. Foutter and minutes were taken by Ms. Cohen.The meeting was called to order at 8:30
pm.
After calling the meeting to order, Ms. Foutter introduced the members of the HPB. She then introduced
Mark Racicot of MAPC.
Mr. Racicot presented the 40R Smart Growth Zoning Program. He gave an informational presentation
intended to provide background for any future 40R projects within Lexington. Following the
presentation,there was a question and answer session with the HPB,the Select Board, and the audience
asking questions.
Both the HPB and the Select Board thanked Mr. Racicot for a very informative and useful presentation.
There was no further business for the joint meeting.The joint meeting of the HPB and the Select Board
was adjourned at 9:14 pm by Ms. Foutter.
