Meeting Minutes for July 22, 2019

Absent: Mary Haskell, Paul Linton, Rich McDonough
Guest: Elizabeth Rust, Regional Housing Services Office (RHSO)
The Housing Partnership Board ("the HPB") met in joint session with the Select Board.The HPB was
chaired by Ms. Foutter and minutes were taken by Ms. Cohen.
After calling the meeting to order,the members of the HPB introduced themselves. Ms. Foutter then
introduced Ms. Rust from RHSO. Ms. Rust presented information about the Chapter 40B process and
background information on the proposed 840 Emerson Gardens project.There was a brief discussion
and a question and answer period.
The joint meeting was then adjourned by Ms. Foutter.
