1792 Massachusetts Avenue: Sanford Leavenworth, representing Viano Family Realty Trust,
exterior changes in the Battle Green District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed
alteration was approved as proposed with 4 Commissioners in favor and 1 against.

CONTINUED HEARINGS
4 Wallis Court: Colin Smith, representing Daniel and Kathryn Rapperport, exterior changes in
the Battle Green District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was
approved unanimously as proposed, with the inclusion of a side shutter being removed that was
not indicated in the plan set.
