On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. After some discussion, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously with the condition that a bleach wash be applied to the entirety of the fence. Mr. Handlin notified the Commission that he was actively monitoring the construction at the aforementioned property. Recently, he reviewed the final construction plan set for Lot B on file with the Lexington Building Department. He asserted that the final plan set approved by the HDC was not consistent with the set submitted to the Building Department. The Chair will request the Building Commissioner investigate this claim to ensure compliance with the HDC ruling. When a determination is received from the Building Commissioner, the Commission will discuss an appropriate action to take in response.
