Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair), Charles Hornig (Vice Chair), David
Horton, Jeanne Krieger, Robert Pressman, Lisah Rhodes, Melinda Walker.
Absent:Joe Pato, David Langseth
Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
1) Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2019 Needs Assessment
Report, copies of which had been made available at the Town Office Building and on-line.
There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comment, the public hearing
was subsequently closed. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion for the report to be accepted
and placed on the CPC website. The motion was made, seconded and approved by
unanimous vote.
2) Other business-There being no further business of the Committee, a motion to adjourn was
duly made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote.The meeting was adjourned at 7:05
PM.
The following documents were submitted at the meeting:
1) CPA Needs Assessment Report dated December, 2019.
