• Introduction—prospective LCA member Jillian Tung was introduced
• Recruiting : 2 new candidates
• Strategic plan—awaiting confirmation on funding for 2021
• NEW BUSINESS
• Grants for 2019-20—disapproval letters only. Identified four out of 30 applications for
disapproval.
• REPORTS (10 minutes)
• Secretary's Report(Seetha Ramnath
• October meeting's minutes approved (motion by Seetha Ramnath, seconded by
Shubra Chandra)
• Treasurer's Report(presented bV Seetha Ramnath)
• Update on State& Local budgets—State budget available for funding =$6,565
ledger budget available for matching funds=approximately$3,300. Further
discussions with Krista Murphy required to confirm exact numbers.
