Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, December 12th, 2019
Members Present: Debbie Hankins, Shannon DeGuglielmo, Kristina Hankins, Tom Romano,
Alessia Caira, Anthony Mabardy, Serena Caira, Annabel Cincotta, Sandy Raman, Katie Devine,
Hobie Swan, Oliver DiCerbo, Matthew Favazzo, Jack Maloney, Marina Chen, Emily Rosenthal,
Ella Lucente, Madelyn Lucente, Peyton Campbell, Jim Athens, Karen Duperey, Avery Cutler,

1. We recapped the turkey delivery and spoke about ways to improve it in fiiture years at
specific locations.
2. We discussed our senior citizen holiday luncheon on Tuesday, December 17th. Doors
open at 12- we will meet in the LHS quad at 11:30 am. We will be back to LHS before 1
pm. The following said they could come: Jack, Andrew, Matthew, Carolyn, Ella Lucente,
Shea, Ella Thomas, Annabel, Katie, Payton, Emily, Marina, Maddie, and Regina. Karen,
Deb, and Shannon said that they could drive.
3. Our Cradles to Crayons event is on Martin Luther King Day on Monday, January 20th.
We will be leaving from C&W Bus Station at 9 am and our session is from 10-12 pm.
The following said they could come: Marina, 011ie, Marilyn, Jack, Andrew, Matthew,
Kennice, Neeka, Carolyn, Serena, Mehr, Elena, Ella L, Skylar, Ella T, Hobie, Myles,
Sophia, Camelia, Ipek, Shea, Annabel, Katie, Sandy, Ava, Payton, Becca, Summer,
Skylar, Maddie, Anthony (maybe), Charles (maybe), Alessia. Bold denotes 18 year
olds. We will donate whatever Cradles to Crayons is asking for.
4. We discussed the easy and challenging parts of selling our raffle tickets and did the
drawing. Our winner was Hailey Kingsbury!
5. New members should remember to bring $30 (cash or check)to pay for sweatshirts if
they have not done so already. We are still missing some checks, Deb will reach out the
individuals.
6. Our drive-in movie committee is deciding on meeting dates in January. Date options will
be sent over email.
7. We discussed the opportunity to volunteer with the community center at a Nashoba
Tubing trip with middle schoolers on January 9th(half day). We would meet at Clarke at
11:3 am, arriving back in Lexington around 4 pm. Those interested can contact Tom at
tromanoAexingtomna.gov Lots of fiin, let's get a group to participate in this.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 9th at 7 PM in the Community Center,
room 232.
