Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee's meeting to order at 7:02 P.M. and this
Committee joined the Summit.

Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 9:18 P.M. to adjourn. Vote: 5-0
Minutes was approved by the CEC at its meeting on December 4, 2019.
