AIT ACS' REGULATING THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURES OM ITTEE OF THE 'TOWN OF
Be it enacted by the Senate and Rouge of Representat. eg In Ueneral Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as followF
SECTION 1. The firs, pax-agraph of section 3 of chapter 15 of the acts
of 19 9 , as most recently amended by section. I of chapter 101 of the acts Of
2o080 is hereby further amended by striking out the words t1chairman of the
appropriation committee" and inserting an place thereof the. following words; -
chairs of the appropriation and capital expenditurev committees.
SECTIDN 2. Subsection (a} of section 2 of chapte-r 753 of the acts of
1968 is hereby amended by inserting after the words "appropriation c mmitteP-"
the following words:- , the capital expenclitures committee,
SECTION 3, This act shall take effect upon its passage,
