Commissioners Present:Paul O'Shaughnessy (Chair Pro Tempore), Edward Adelman, Robin Lovett, and
Associate Commissioners Susan Bennett, and Mark Connor.
FORMAL HEARINGS

7 Muzzey Street: Todd Cataldo, representing 7 Muzzey Street Realty, exterior changes in the
Battle Green District. After some discussion, the applicant proposed to change out all windows
with like and kind replacements. On a motion duly made and seconded, the use of azek for all
sills and casings was approved unanimously as proposed.

16 Patriots Drive: Abbas Iranmanesh, exterior changes in the Hancock Clark District. The
Homeowners reviewed the violation of conducting work without prior review with the HDC.
After some discussion, the homeowners agreed to return with an alternate proposal. On a motion
duly made and seconded, the project was continued to the November 7, 2019 meeting date.
