On a motion duly made and seconded, the free standing sign on Muzzey Street elevation was approved as proposed. The secondary projecting sign on Raymond Street was continued at this time. Lexington, MA Plot Plan, dated 9/3/19 1106 Massachusetts Avenue: Bill Erickson, representing Mary Beth Busa, exterior changes in the East Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. Documents Used: 848 Massachusetts Avenue: Amay Meilg, representing Green Tea Day Spa, exterior changes in the East Village District. No representative present. Hearing closed. ACTION ITEMS: Updates and discussion on Police Station, Hosmer House and Fletcher Park projects: a) Commissioner Adams updated the Commission on the progress of the police station plan. Mr. Adams has been active at meetings, and will continue to provide consultation until the project meets the final planning stage. When the final plan is presented to the HDC, Mr. Adams will recuse himself from the hearing. b) Commissioner Adelman provided the most up to date documentation for the projects that are currently in the planning stage. The vested parties have not reached a consensus on the best course of action for the Hosmer House and Fletcher Park Projects. Mr. Adelman will continue to consult on these projects, and will update the board when progress has been made.
