Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
Status Report of Abatement Requests
• 14 Prior cases for appeal
• 8 Recommendations to be reviewed
WSAB members reviewed the following appeal cases:
37 Turning Mill Road—Homeower appeared to contest prior WSAB decision of abatement in the
amount of($3,134.70). The water meter was tested at the homeowner's request and found to be operat-
ing between 83.2 % and 94.4% accuracy. This meter was subsequently replaced with a new one. No
leaks were identified during service call by owner's irrigation company, thus WSAB could only calcu-
late adjustment using irrigation on domestic method. A motion was made by Mr. Osten and seconded
by Mr. Wood to uphold the original offer of an abatement in the amount of($3,134.70). The home-
owner indicated his preference to appeal to Board of Selectman for further review.
76 Adams Street—Homeowner appeared to contest prior WSAB decision of abatement as an Interest
Only adjustment. The irrigation system did not have any discernable leaks, however, upon further in-
spection it was noticed that the program timer had been set to run 2 times a day, instead of 1 time a day.
A motion was made by Mr. Osten and seconded by Mr. Wood to calculate an adjustment of($451.44)
using the irrigation on domestic method.
8 Apollo Circle—Homeowner appeared to contest prior WSAB decision of abatement as an Interest
Only adjustment. A motion was made by Mr. Osten and seconded by Mr. Wood to calculate an adjust-
ment of($535.20) as usage was double normal average.
All motions were approved unanimously.

Review for approval Minutes of the Meetings from June 27, 2019
It was moved by Mr. Wood, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of
the June 27, 2019 meeting as presented. Mr. Ribich abstained as he was not present.

It was moved by Mr. Osten, seconded by Mr. Wood and approved unanimously to adjourn the meeting
at 9:07 am.
