Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, October 10th, 2019
Members Present: Shannon DeGuglielmo, Joe Hankins, Kristina Hankins, Alessia Caira,
Anthony Mabardy, Serena Caira, Annabel Cincotta, Shea Freda, Sandy Raman, Kennice

1. We collected and looked at t shirt designs for our new LYC t shirts. The admissions are
being scanned and put in the facebook group. Members should vote for a design by
Tuesday.
2. We discussed our winter raffle. 13 tickets were distributed to each member that should be
sold by our December meeting for $10 each. The money raised goes to Lexington
families in need for the holiday and Cradles to Crayons. Members that missed the
October meeting should pick up their tickets in Deb's office at LHS.
3. We discussed our October event: balloon hanging in the center for trick-or-treating. We
will meet in the LHS Quad at 11:30 and walk to the center all together. Members who
can go must get signed out of school by a parent. The following said they could come:
Alessia, Anthony, Katie, Annabel, Andrew, Hobie, Jack, Matthew, Max, 011ie, Isabella,
Neeka, Becca, Marina, Skylar, Kennice, Sandy, Serena, Shea, Marilyn, Emily, Sophia,
Ipek, Summer, Camelia, Regina, Madelyn, Peyton, and Ella. Team leaders should reach
out the day before the event to check if members can still come, and remind them to get
signed out of school.
4. We talked about the Veteran's Day parade that we were invited to walk in on Monday,
November 11 from 9:30-11:00 am. The following said they would be interested: Alessia,
Anthony, Andrew, 011ie, Skylar, Emily, Camelia, Madelyn, Regina, Katie, Hobie,
Serena, Shea, Summer(TBD), and Kennice (TBD)
5. Members put the following events in their calendars: Wednesday, November 27th(turkey
drive), Tuesday, December 17th(senior luncheon), and January 20th(Cradles to
Crayons).
Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 14th at 7 PM in the Community Center
Dining Room.
