Voted: that the town of Lexington, having ap, lied to be admitted
into the Ivietropolitall Water District , under the provisions of Chapter
488 of t►ie Acts of tide year 1805 and acts in aluendynent thereof or in
addition thereto, and having paid to the Coimiionwealth the slwl of
O27 ,250, and having executed with the CommonrePltil a certain agreel-2ent
