At a meeting of the Selectmen and a majority of the School
Committee held at the Townhouse this day to fill the vacancy
in the School Committee occasioned by the resignation of
the Rev. Ira Leland and the votes being taken it appeared
that the Reverend L.J. Livermore was duly elected to fill said
vacancy in the School Committee Philip Russell chairman
