tending southerly to a point near the house of Dr.
Hobbs in said Waltham,to connect with a new road
extendin; to the centre of Waltham,and the under-
sigued respectfully Pray that your Honorable Body
will view the premises and cause such road to be
laid outattd constructed, according, to the form of
tine Statute in such case made and provided.

Depot ofthe West Cambridge and Lexington Branch
Railroad in the East Village of Lexington, called
"Cutler's Depot,"on Wednesday, the Eleventh day
of July next,at one of the clock in the afternoon,by
serving the Tow.t Clerks ofLexingtonand Walthaat

by Publishing the same in the City Advertiser,a
